1.  A virtual walk through of your dream home during the engineering phase. This allows you to see your selections put together, as well visualize and adjust any small details you don't like before engineering is complete, eliminating costly changes later in the project.

2.  Industry Leading Communication through our Mobile App! In addition to the updates you will receive from your project manager, using our Mobile App allows you instant access to many key features:​

• Contract documents, including an up-to-date project schedule.  

• Updated project pictures, frequently added throughout the construction process.

• Live Stream of the project, allowing you to instantly check on the status of the build.

While the customer experience is a significant focal point for the Custom By Candor team, quality does not take a back seat. We maintain rigorous quality standards, with quality control inspection reports made available to you throughout the project. To show how confident we are in the quality of the finished products, all homes receive an extended warranty, AND Candor Construction Solutions will cover the cost to have a 3rd party home inspector perform a warranty inspection at the 12 month mark. We don't expect for the inspector to find anything, but we understand this home is a massive investment and we want you to have the peace of mind that it is built to last.
